Hello everyone, my name is Whitney Tinker. I am a mom, wife, a traveling makeup/hair artist and a forever student of life and profession. With 10 years of experience as a makeup artist, I have worked with a variety of clients including brides, models, and the everyday woman with all different skin types. I specialize in creating flawless, natural and dramatic looks that enhance my clients' beauty. Doing makeup isn't just a job for me, it is a passion that I hold dear to my heart.
I am based out of Chesapeake, Va. I travel to all 50 states and some other countries so please inquire.
